Website enquiries

When you submit the enquiry form, your name, email address, business name, optional website, selected service and message are sent through Resend to Brightsite Studio’s inbox at [email protected] so we can respond. Resend processes the submission for email delivery. Read Resend’s Privacy Policy. Your submitted message is also stored in our business email account. Please contact us if you would like us to delete an enquiry. The website does not send your name, email address, business name, message, or form contents to Google Analytics.

Optional Google Analytics

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand page visits and actions such as opening the enquiry form, viewing the package, opening the demo, and successfully submitting an enquiry. Google may process technical information such as browser and device details, usage events, and cookie identifiers. Analytics cookies can distinguish visits on the same browser.

The Google Analytics tag stays unloaded until you allow analytics. Advertising storage, advertising user data, Google signals, and advertising personalization are not enabled by this implementation. Enquiry abuse prevention

Our server limits repeated enquiry attempts and overall email volume. It temporarily stores a keyed hash of your IP address and request timestamps for up to 24 hours, with expired records removed during subsequent requests. It does not store your form contents in this rate-limit database. These essential controls work across browsers and server restarts.

Hosting and essential storage

Our hosting and delivery providers may process technical request information to serve and secure this website. The analytics preference uses local browser storage; it is not an advertising cookie.
